People Executive

CryptoCompare is on the search for a passionate and well-versed HR generalist to play a pivotal role in supporting a range of people operations for our growing team. With nearly 50 employees and in the midst of a significant scale-up, we are looking for someone to support our full-range of people operations - from hiring to tracking and performance management to helping us build strong and motivated hybrid teams. An ideal candidate from previous HR generalist experience in a tech company, is excited about the future of digital assets, and motivated to help us build and strengthen our greatest resource - our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • ATS and HRIS implementation and management
  • End to end management of our recruitment process including candidate screening, administering technical assessments, interview coordination and liaising with external consultants
  • Performance management - setting up reviews and workflows, using HR systems to support the performance review process
  • Development and implementation of culture building initiatives and activities to boost employee engagement and morale

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years working in HR
  • Good understanding of employment law
  • Experience with the employment lifecycle - from candidate experience to onboarding and performance management
  • Experience producing HR reports, developing People KPI’s and tracking progress against them
  • Experience implementing HR systems(ATS/ HRIS)
  • Experience building culture and employee engagement in a hybrid work environment
