Market Update

At the time of writing, the Bitcoin price is sitting at $3,890 representing a gain of 0.19% in the last 24 hours. More than $120M worth of BTC were exchanged in the BTC/USD market representing a 7% share of the global daily volume. The BTC/JPY pair represents a 7% share.

The Ethereum price has dropped 1.48% over the past 24 hours and is currently sitting at $136, with over $50M worth of Ether exchanged in the past 24 hours on the ETH/USD pair which has a 4% market share of the daily trading volume.

Samsung Partnered with Enjin (ENJ) for Blockchain Wallet on Galaxy S10

Today, South Korean news outlet confirmed the partnership between Enjin, the Singapore-based company behind ENJ, and Samsung’s flagship smartphone S10. Reportedly, Enjin is cooperating with Samsung for games and services, provided through the Samsung Galaxy Store with Enjin being used for sending and receiving ERC-20 tokens and ERC-1155, a token class used for in-game goods and digital item ownership.

eToro Adds Crypto Buying and Selling in 32 US States

Yesterday, eToro announced the launch of a cryptocurrency trading platform and wallet service in the U.S. According to the announcement, the new platform allows U.S. customers from 32 states and territories to trade only cryptocurrencies. However, over the next 12 months, eToro plans to introduce other types of assets such as stocks and bonds from the over 1,500 assets offered by the company. Besides that, eToro will also offer three CopyPortfolios at launch, a feature that allows users to copy other traders' actions. Yoni Assia, eToro's CEO, commented on the "social" model of the platform:

"Users can collaborate with other crypto traders when making buying and selling decisions. They can also adjust their trading strategies by watching and learning from others on the platform.”

Opera Touch's Cryptocurrency Wallet Coming to iOS

Last Tuesday, Opera announced on their blog that will soon release its built-in cryptocurrency wallet, supporting the Ethereum network, on Opera Touch browser for Apple iOS devices. The browser is already available for both Android and iOS but only the Android version incorporate cryptocurrencies. At the moment, users can apply to be early testers of Opera newest iOS browser with Crypto Wallet and dApp explorer. On the blog post, the company stated:

"(...) After the success of our Crypto Wallet and Dapp explorer in Opera for Android, we have decided to open Opera Touch for iOS to Web 3. We are taking this step in response to popular demand from the Ethereum community."

Litecoin is down 0.41% against the dollar for the day at $56.4 and down 0.42% to Ƀ0.01439 on volumes of Ƀ95.4k.

EOS is down 1.37% to Ƀ0.000956 on Ƀ53.1k volume.

Ripple is down 1.44% to Ƀ0.00008011 with volumes of Ƀ20.3k and down 1.29% against the dollar at $0.3126.

Zcash is down 1.16% for the day to Ƀ0.01276 per ZEC and down 0.55% against the dollar to $50.34 with an average volume of Ƀ10.9k for the 24 hour period.

Bitcoin Cash is down 3.7% to Ƀ0.03281 with volumes of Ƀ9.5k and down 2.45% against the dollar at $128.88.

Dash is down 1.13% at Ƀ0.02103 with Ƀ8.6k volume and down 1.1% against the dollar at $82.86.

Neo is up 1.81% for the day to Ƀ0.002303 per NEO and up 2.01% against the dollar to $9.15 with an average volume of Ƀ7.8k for the 24 hour period.
