Square has revealed in a shareholder letter that bitcoin represented nearly half of the revenue of its Cash app, with the rise being attributed to a redesign that allowed users to discover other functions.
Tagomi, a crypto prime broker, is set to join the Libra Association. While Facebook has not confirmed the new member, a Tagomi spokesperson confirmed reports saying it will join the organization.
Finland’s Customs currently control nearly $15 million worth of bitcoin seized from drug dealers, but has been debating whether it should auction the funds. Standing against an auction are concerns regarding its potential use to launder money.
