According to an official statement on their website, ConstitutionDAO (2021-2021) was a focused experiment in decentralized collective action, concluding its mission after participating in an auction for a rare U.S. Constitution copy. The DAO achieved its goals of raising capital and offering full refunds post-auction. Currently, $PEOPLE tokens have no attached rights or utility, except for the option to redeem them for Ethereum at a set ratio through the Juicebox contract. Future community-driven projects may utilize these tokens, but ConstitutionDAO has officially declared no endorsement or involvement in any subsequent plans for the token.
