2024-06-10: Please be aware that in July 2023, Quantstamp, Inc. resolved proceedings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) by agreeing to a settlement of $3.4 million without admitting or denying the charges. This settlement followed findings that Quantstamp had offered and sold QSP tokens as investment contracts without the appropriate registration or exemption, in violation of securities laws.

In line with the SEC's cease and desist order, and at the request of the Quantstamp team, many platforms are removing listings of QSP. However, we have decided to retain the historical data and listing information of QSP on our website for archival purposes. This ensures that our users can still access past data for reference and research.

We are not promoting or advocating investment in QSP, and we encourage all users to conduct thorough due diligence and comply with all regulatory requirements in their respective jurisdictions.
