Bitstamp Exchange
Good exchange and recommended
All in all, Bittrex is a veteran cryptocurrency exchange, best suited for corporate and retail investors looking to gain exposure to the crypto market. Its wide range of crypto assets, high-level security, and relatively low fees is an excellent offer for most crypto enthusiasts.

Hello,
I have a huge problem right now: I just logged into my Bitstamp account and alle balances are gone. I can see in my transaction history that everything got sold, changed into BTC and transferred away from my account. I use 2FA but nevery confirmed thos transactions. I use email confirmation but did not receive an email. Bitstamp says I did! I am totally desperate! Bitstmap seems not safe!
Any one else with similar experience?
Hello, right now i use bitstamp and binance. They both charge me 0.005 bitcoin fee when i transfer bitcoins from my account to another address. The problem is that i do that regulary with very small accounts and there is no way around it. And basicly paying fee as big as the money im transfering is well, not good. So what are the pages with lower fee ? Maybe 0.001 fee ? This page can either support paypal/credit card buying of bitcoins OR i can just transfer big money from bitstamp. So, what is the lowest fee page that will allow me to transferHello, right now i use bitstamp and binance. Hi everyone,
I've just received the same request from Bitstamp. Have been a client for the past 2 years and 4 month. I went through full KYC and AML at point of onboarding and have furnished their compliance department with all the documents they requested.
Now, after having my account fully verified for the past 2.4 years , i find myself in this predicament with our friends at Bitstamp.
I even filled out their "Additional information form" (Online) back in February 2019.
Below is the message i received from Bitstamp:
Dear ####,
thank you for using our services.
We are reaching out to inform you that upon further review of your account, an additional KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure is required in order for you to continue using our trading services.
We kindly ask you to attach any relevant financial documentation, which can confirm how the funds that you will be depositing to your Bitstamp account were acquired (salary payslip/employment contract/tax revenue statement/personal bank account statement showing your salary transactions or any similar documentation) in a reply to this ticket.
Should you require any assistance, please let us know.
We thank you for your understanding and look forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Having read all the post on reddit & Trustpass from customers who have gone through all this stress and inconvenience, im now very stressed that Bitstamp will put me through the same ordeal that other customers have gone through.
I can not make any crypto withdrawals. I have never wired or withdrew any Fiat since i opened my account. I trade BTC, ETH, LTC and XRP via USD or BTC.
My account balance stands at around $80,000+ in crypto & $USD.
I'm not happy at all with the way people are being treated at Bitstamp. Furthermore i have recommended my friends and associates to use Bitstamp over the past years and this is how Bitstamp treats me. I truly feel that my funds & assets are being held hostage and the uncertainty is rather overwhelming!
I completely agree with @ Coin-Fiend post (Below)

After reading what a lot of Bitstamp customers have/are going through, i think it's best for me to get in contact with my lawyer and let him deal with this problem as i don't wish for my funds/ crypto assets to be held/frozen for an indefinite period of time!
Your assistance and advice would be much appreciated.
NEVER ever trust Bitstamp in a Fork. They are not honest and you never know. They have no announcement yet about ETH fork and hence your ETH there could be at HIGH risk!
In the BCH fork they did only credit BCH and NOT BSV as one of the only exchanges around. I guess they just kept them for themselves and cashed them out as extra bonus. This is like stealing. If they didn't like BSV they could have at least sold the BSV and credited the customers with extra BCH.
I will never ever leave any coins or tokens longer than needed on Bitstamp. They have become a completely dishonest company and information from support is very rar and if you ask you will get a rude answer without any content. I guess they are busy with the take-over and at high risk currently. Stay away from Bitstamp by any means.
Bitstamp recently invalidated the QR code I have been using for dual authentication since opening the account and now I cannot access my account! What the hell is going on!!!
