Coinsbit doing well with their new staking pool for 30BTC guys. don't listen any promote guys from trustpilot. they want money from companies for reviews.

Look at binance rating on trustpilot ahaha 2.1!!!!! They delete positive, that's why tier1 exchanges has low rating. Try to find any company with positive ratings on Trustpilot..ts unreal.

40% 5 star ratings, 60% 1 star ratings....you should know what's up. They do pretend to be responsive to complaints on trustpilot, but the negative reviews never get removed by their creators. Wonder why?

soy victima tambien de la pagina coinsbit quise hacer un retiro, pero nunca me llego, reclame por telegram me dijo que mi problema se va solucionar pero luego me bloqueo del grupo, lo reclame por chat y tambien quitaron la opcion ya que le reclame todos los dias, abri varios tiket pero nunca respondieron con una solucion si no que tenga paciencia, por correo le envie mi reclamo pero, solo respondieron que van a pasar al soporte y que tenga paciencia.. tiene pesimo servicios y hasta ahora no recibi mi moneda ya va 12 dias y sin nigun repuesta.. creo que es una pagina de exchange fraudulento.

Worst user experience ever. I reached out on chat after my ID verification was completed asking what needs to be done to ensure that my ETH transaction to make a deposit on their platform is successful and I was told that as long as I enter the correct account address, I should receive my funds "soon". It has been a week now and my funds never arrived. When reached out on chat several times after unsuccessful transaction, all I was told is to be patient as my funds are safe. No estimation, no real help through customer support was offered.
I searched for some more assistance through Telegram where I was told that I actually created an error on their system by not making "the mandated compound initial deposit". Basically, I was accused for making their system malfunction while no such info can be found on their site. I was only advised to make sure that my account address is correct.
I can see people on their Telegram group who are being ignored for months so far and they still receive answers like: "please be patient, your issue will be fixed as soon as possible".
This exchange platform is a SCAM.
