Latoken crypto exchange platform has one of the most user friendly UI which makes me feel delighted.

Have been trading on Latoken for few months, had some loosing days, some winning. Yesterday my account was locked and the reason for that from their "tech team" is because of order-book manipulation. Never heard of that, just another reason to steal users funds.

Latoken is shit exchange. I never thought that I need kyc for even $5.81 withdrawal. No exchanges ask kyc for withdrawing that $5.81. Nor I was even told about it before withdrawing or nor it was written anywhere. Now after withdrawing my $5. 81 usdt, it's pending for hours. And they force to support email them, and whenever they message back, they just trick and play with the customers making silly drama that my account might have been hacked by someone or something and i dont have 2fa enabled, though I had 2fa. And they start asking kyc documents for even withdrawing that $5.81. Latoken is the most shitty exchange ever. Never even came across such a shit exchange in my life in my 7 years in the cryptospace.

Never use Latoken forever for trading or anything. You will have a very bad experience. And one day probably you will lose all your money. Stay away from Latoken. Stay safe!

LATOKEN is a scam- do NOT trade here. They have over half a BTC tied up in an active transaction for 2 weeks now. I can't cancel the transaction or withdraw my currency. This is my daily conversation with them:

We will update you by mail as soon as we have further information.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Me:Is there any progress on it?! How do I know that it is being worked on and you aren't just sending me a canned response. Can I at least get an explanation of the issue?

LATOKEN Support:Unfortunately only our tech team is aware of the details

Me:Ok, can someone from the tech team brief me on the issue?

LATOKEN Support:No sorry, once they will have solved the issue, you will be informed by mail.

I will update here if they ever resolve "the issue".

UPDATE: They finally resolved the issue today and returned my BTC. I immediately withdrew everything in my account. I will still never trade on their site again based on my experience, and everyone else. Trustpilot shows, they have multiple bugs and issues with withdrawing and exchanging. They are messing with people's money/investments- not cool at all.

Is this company even registered with the Cayman Islands regulatory financial authority?

It's a pure scam!! They are holding my crypto for more than 5 days and canceled my withdrawal with no reason for that. Firstly it was security check, now my whole account is under investigation. I don't believe they give me back my money! Do not trade here!!

Having signed up 2 days ago and gone through tier 2 verification (passport and legal docs provided) I was verified. I deposited ok, made a trade ok but then when trying to withdraw I got a security checking message.

I spoke to their Telegram, online chat support and ticketing system and got the same copy and paste answers that they're looking into it. The first email I received states this would take up to 12 hours but that has unfortunately been and gone and I'm still without my funds. Chasing support doesn't move things along.

I appreciate extra security measures have been put in place, although when I've already verified that should already cover it.

I would really appreciate it if my issue could be resolved asap as I'm currently in limbo with out any funds.

I'll update/amend this post once I have an idea of what is happening. Hopefully the security team cab twelve this asap and this can be a positive review.

Crappy customer service withdrew ETH fine no problems on Dec 6th 2018, However Dece 7th 2018 is a completely different story. Showed pending on a withdrawal for Eth and another for XYO now they both say security checking. Mind you, this is after I already did my 2fa and confirmed the withdraw email. Been hours the support just copies and pastes a message that says our team will get to it asap. will not be using this exchange ever again. Also the withdraw fees are ridiculously high. i get them a half a star out of 5

A lot of trouble to get my money witdrawn. After waiting for 3 days tech solved 2 tickets and a day after that they suspended my account due to suspicious activity. I only used the Buy and Sell button. Maybe they cant handle my 20x profit on 1 day. Now its day 6 of being a hostage and the Stockholm cycndrom could kick in any moment. Heeeeeelllllllllppppppp

The pairs are not updated in Cryptocompare and the data is more than 1 day old in many of the pairs.

Anyone used in last cpl days.? From the caymens doesn't sound too trustworthy

i have 2fa enabled mail and phone verify.....
so maybe someone can tell me why they need more security check?
